Three men on the mow

Apparently the machine in the centre had decided not to play
We are a small club of some 50+ members looking to increase our membership. If you have played the game before and wish to bowl again, then do join us; your skill will return after a few ends. However, to start from new is not a problem. Up to up to 3 Wednesday taster sessions at 2pm are free: Adult membership £8O.00 , Junior up to 18 yrs if in full time education£35:00. Members receive a Fixtures Card with all League, Friendly and In-house events listed.
To help newcomers find a set to suit their individual capabilities we have several sizes that can be used for starter sessions, The game is played in flat-soled shoes, and again the club has a range of ladies and gents footwear.
Each Sunday afternoon groups of 2, 3, or 4 players are picked out of a hat to play in teams. The £1 fee goes to club funds.
Other Clubs visit for afternoon or evening games, while our teams travel to play away matches. Members can play on our green most days when rinks are free. A diary to book available for casual use is held in the Club House. Keys may be purchased to gain access to our buildings and equipment to play this sport. For a small fee bowls /club identity stickers are available. Storage lockers are free.
Although the 'Lawn' bowling season stops in early-to-mid September, some members play indoor bowls throughout the winter. Indoor facilities are available in nearby towns.
