RYBC plays competitive matches in the Darlington and District Leagues and the JSW League. Both leagues offer Cup knockout competitions for singles and teams.      
The Men's Vets (over 55s) play in the Tuesday afternoon league, which consists of two divisions, A and B. In 2024, our Vets A team will play in the A division, and our B team in the B division. The format is 3 players on 3 rinks using 2 bowls. On Thursday evenings mixed teams of all ages play 4 rinks of 3 players. There are 2 divisions, 1 and 2. Our B team competes in division 2. Our A team competes in division 1.
The Ladies D&D League games are played on Thursday afternoons. The ladies compete playing two rinks.
On Wednesday evenings, 4 mixed rinks play in teams of 4 in the JSW league. This league is comprised of teams from the North Yorkshire region, including Leyburn, Bedale, Northallerton, Thirsk, Masham, Sowerby & Hutton Rudby.
